Support global M&A, divestiture, integration, and business transformation projects through effective project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and performance reporting. Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support end-to-end project management activities for M&A and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, and dependency logs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, leadership presentations, and status updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR.
- Support due diligence, Day-1 readiness, integration, and transition activities.
- Facilitate governance meetings and track closure of actions and decisions.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of PMO best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, repositories, and communication records.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, IT, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Operations.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
- Exposure to M&A integration, divestitures, carve-outs, or large transformation programs preferred.
- Project & Portfolio Management, Governance & Executive Reporting
- Risk & Issue Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning Tools, and Power BI
