What are we looking for?The Associate Manager, People Systems & Processes is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational activities that drive organizational efficiency and productivity. This role focuses on improving workflows, managing data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with business goals throughout the entire company.
What will you do?- Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Support resource planning, process standardization, and coordination across departments.
- Process Improvement
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement optimized processes and systems.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Oversee accurate maintenance of operational data in relevant systems and tools.
- Generate, analyze, and present reports on key operational metrics, such as productivity, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Prepare documentation and support internal or external audits.
- Project Management:
- Lead or support operational projects, such as system upgrades, process redesigns, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between teams to address operational challenges and foster collaboration.
- Vendor and Resource Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking for operational needs.

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software, including project management platforms and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in vendor management or financial planning.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
