Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand client goals, create strategies, and guide media activation teams to get them implemented in client’s account 

  • Provide recommendations and drive strategies through media activation team for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, Betas, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals for Google channels along with other search and app channels 

  • Be updated about latest feature and find ways to implement the same as experiments in the client account/s 

  • Design, build and lead custom solution offerings and design GTM (Go-to-market) Strategy for innovative solutions. 

  • Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans 

  • Work with a team of around 4-5 people to drive innovative initiatives and achieve project goals for team 

  • Maintain partnerships with ad platforms and vendors 

  • Build, enable and share best practices of Google ads and other search platform with delivery teams. Engage with Customer, Customer Solutions (Delivery, Sales, Partner), Product Management, to identify areas of opportunity and design innovative solutions 

  • Research on recent technologies, ad platforms and industry trends to deliver the next-in-class solutions and demos 

  • Display thought leadership and demo solutions at major events - viz. SUMMIT, Symposium, Partner Events, Customer Events, Roadshows with CxOs. 

  • Spearhead capability review meetings with multiple Internal stakeholders and showcase business growth for the agency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree/MBA with 2-3 years of experience.

  • Are passionate about the Paid marketing campaigns across Web and App eco system

  • Have an outstanding ability to think creatively, has knack of numbers and identify and resolve problems.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent Have the ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals

  • Have basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Social Media Ads/Meta Ads

  • Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills

  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment
