- Team Oversight & Development
- Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions.
- Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team capabilities.
- Compliance & Process Governance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases.
- Monitor database health and assist in initiatives
- Operational Excellence
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and minimize manual errors.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and support resolution efforts.
- 7-10 years of experience with 3-4 years of supervisory or team lead role within operations, data management, or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Discover, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
- Stakeholder management expertise, including experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Tech, Data Ops, Client Ops) and external partners.
- Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
