What You Will Do
  • Lead sourcing activities that support new product development and launch projects, ensuring the best balance of quality, service, cost, and supply continuity.
  • Analyze supplier and component cost drivers to develop negotiation strategies and influence sourcing decisions across global project teams.
  • Negotiate and implement supplier agreements, including supply and development contracts, in alignment with business objectives and procurement standards.
  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain risks impacting project execution.
  • Develop business cases for supply base optimization initiatives, including dual sourcing, supplier transfers, and design-to-cost opportunities.
  • Drive early supplier engagement to support target cost achievement, supplier development activities, and financial modeling during product development.
  • Lead supplier negotiations that impact multiple projects and accurately forecast launch-related savings and future cost reduction opportunities.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to close sourcing gaps, implement procurement strategies, and mitigate risks that could affect divisional performance.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply management, strategic sourcing, supplier development, or a related procurement function.
  • Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing contractual terms and agreements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and charting.
  • Experience presenting sourcing recommendations, financial analyses, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launch projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and structured problem-solving tools.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes, supplier cost analysis, or commodity management.

  • Poland, Skawina: zł158.300 - zł263.700 PLN Annual
