What You’ll Do

As an Associate Manager for Memory products, you will support end-to-end sales activities for an assigned account, using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to help customers apply our products and services to their needs and drive revenue growth.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our Houston, TX office in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Senior Director, B2B Account Sales

  • Manage day-to-day sales activity for the assigned account, including forecasting, PO placement, supply availability, credit management, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Compile and organize data to support revenue attainment across goal-setting, business planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities, and support negotiations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Coordinate worldwide sales activities with the support team in the US, HQ, and regional teams to ensure optimal allocation of available supply to meet customer demands.
  • Proactively work with engineering, quality, and marketing resources to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to the business.
  • Prepare and distribute reports that accurately convey account status to management and flag issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate ownership and understanding of the assigned account through proactive communication and active coordination with management and internal teams to resolve open issues.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity at the account, and recommend actions to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks to Samsung's position.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business- or Engineering-related discipline with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field (memory, storage, computing, or networking products preferred).
  • Quarterly domestic and international travel.
  • Experience supporting sales in a complex, high-value, dynamic environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Key account management and program management experience, and Korean and/or Mandarin language skills, a plus.

Base Pay Range
$106,000$158,000 USD
