What You’ll Do:

• Create the Magic: Design and proof math models that bring slot games to life, ensuring the probabilities and player returns are spot-on through theoretical calculations and simulations.

• Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor a team of mathematicians, keeping them motivated, focused, and engaged while managing priorities to deliver outstanding results.

• Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with game designers, software engineers, and testers to develop and refine game mechanics, ensuring math models meet design goals and regulatory requirements.

• Shape the Future: Brainstorm and evaluate new game ideas, exploring their mathematical potential to push the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming.

• Be a Mentor: Share your expertise with junior mathematicians, helping them grow into leaders of tomorrow.

• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to ensure our games remain innovative and exciting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied mathematics, probability, or combinatorics.

• 2+ years of experience leading teams, managing mathematicians, or driving math/design direction on projects.

• Proven experience in the gaming industry, ideally casino experience.

• Strong skills in C++, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Windows programming environments, including Visual Studio.

• A team player with excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
