What you will do:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and drive sales in the Malaysia market, including selecting the appropriate products/destinations and planning on the discount mechanisms.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, objectives and ROI.

  • Plan, track, and report on campaign progress and outcomes. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as social & content, design, media buy, partnership & affiliate, Klook Kreators & KOLs, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Gather and analyse market trends and customer behavior. Monitor customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

  • Work closely with the central marketing team to ensure consistency with global strategies.

  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value, work with Central teams on customer segmentation and personalize marketing communications.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign execution and project management best practices.

  • Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
     

What you will need:

  • At least 5–6 years of working experience in online and offline marketing campaigns, ideally from an agency or in-house consumer marketing role with travel or e-commerce exposure.

  • Passionate about crafting compelling stories through integrated marketing communications.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and expertise in customer segmentation.

  • Proven experience in media relations and developing media buying strategies across various platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing offline marketing events, such as pop-ups, roadshows, and experiential activations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics, with the ability to leverage data and insights to create compelling marketing pitch decks and proposals.

  • A growth mindset with proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, expectations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
