This Associate Manager, M&A and Partnerships role supports some of the company’s most important growth initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial expansion opportunities. You'll work across functions to evaluate opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and help translate complex business information into clear, actionable insights. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and support the successful integration and commercialization of growth initiatives. What You'll Do
• Analyze acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities, translating complex data into clear business recommendations

• Experience supporting M&A, partnership, integration, or commercialization initiatives
• Experience supporting senior executives or commercial leadership teams within CPG, beverage alcohol, retail, or other multi-brand organizations
• Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations, sales enablement materials, or executive communications that simplify complex business concepts

Benefits, salary range, and programs may vary by role or location. The Salary Range for this role is $92,000-138,000 for candidates in NV/TX. For candidates in CA, the salary range for this role is $101,200-151,800. For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
