Background & Purpose
Unilever is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Integrated Planning Excellence to support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across North America Customer Operations. This role will contribute to the technical execution of system enhancements and process improvements, ensuring regional needs are reflected in global design and implementation efforts.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving operational excellence, collaborating across functions, and enabling change through technology and process innovation. They will operate comfortably in ambiguity, translate complex planning concepts into clear narratives for senior stakeholders and end-users alike, and act as a trusted bridge between regional execution and global program design.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support & Delivery
• Support the planning and execution of transformation programs focused on system and process enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Regional Representation
• Act as the North America voice in global transformation forums, ensuring regional requirements are considered in global design.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on implementation strategies and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Customer Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration of transformation efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships across Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Finance, and Partner Hubs to surface regional needs early in global program design.
Change Enablement
• Support change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Help drive adoption of new systems and processes across Customer Operations.
Performance Tracking
• Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in supply chain and project management with clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.
• APICS certification is a plus.
Systems & Technical Skills
• Required: Finite Scheduling, SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response).
• Preferred: Anaplan, Power BI, advanced Excel (modeling and data analysis).
• Familiarity with digital enablement tools (e.g., Copilot M365, MS Forms, Centrical, Rise 360 SharePoint) used to drive learning and program adoption is a plus.

• Storytelling and executive communication — comfortable presenting status, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
