This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Associate Manager, GTM Analytics 

The Associate Manager, GTM Analytics will report to the Associate Director and will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support business process redesign initiatives and optimize operations within the Digital Organization. This role will also collaborate with Sales, Finance and Marketing teams, provide Corporate Planning and Target Setting, create Audits and Reports and provide Performance and Business Insights.

• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration – Supporting finance, marketing and sales team initiatives through the identification of opportunities for improvement in processes, creation of project plan, modeling, data analysis, providing recommendations, and monitoring results. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve milestones. Collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing reports and dashboards, provide data-driven analytics, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities and recommend decisions on key operational concerns.
• Corporate Planning and Target Setting - In-depth knowledge and understanding of business functions, objectives, strategies, process and information flow. Translating those business functions into readable data.
• Data Analysis (Sales and Marketing Data) and Business Insights Support - Providing analytics support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods. Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the business through data analysis. Interpreting and generating insights from reports or dashboards that promote data driven decision making for BU’s. Dealing with templates or models that have very complex logic. Participate or present analytical insights as needed during different business meetings
• Audit and Reports Management - Handling audits, investigations and implementation of changes on reports, dashboards, metric logic and data sources as needed

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

• 5+ yrs of experience on analytics, planning or similar roles
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Experience or working knowledge about the whole business analytics reporting cycle – from collection and warehousing to ETLs and visualization

Desired Qualifications:

• Analytical and Process Oriented - Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions. Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills. Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level. Experience in creating or documenting business analytics processes.
• Project Management Skills - Facilitate meetings and project work across different teams. Drive project milestones from concept through project closure. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Communication and Collaboration Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills. Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items.
• Familiarity with Data Analysis Tools: Knowledgeable in SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerBI or Data Studio, Salesforce, Alteryx and Hadoop or any relevant platforms.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Amenable to work on a 12am – 9am MNL shift
• Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
