Job Description:
The Associate Manager, Growth plays a central role in driving growth and supporting new business initiatives across the organization.
This role contributes to demand generation efforts and provides strategic support for RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution.
The position collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams across Practice Areas to deliver high-impact campaigns and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Enablement
Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborates across Practice Areas to identify new opportunities and centralize growth efforts.
Coordinates with lead-gen team to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities.
Supports vetting and qualification for inbound opportunities with background research.
Develops integrated pitch processes, playbooks and templates to operationalize cross-practice ways of working.
Content & Engagement
Partner with SMEs and Practice Area leads to source and refine thought leadership content.
Ensure alignment between marketing programs and prospect motivations.
Support in event strategies aligned with our targeting approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a new business role, within a digital marketing, media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing organization, with a focus on project or process execution.
Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within the last 18 months.
Creative agency or similar environment experience
Solid understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices.
Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management platforms.
Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration across Practice Areas
Strong strategic thinking, process management, and project coordination skills.
Holistic experience contributing to the pitch process from planning through delivery.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
