Job Description:
The Manager, Growth plays a central role in driving growth and supporting new business initiatives across the organization.
This role contributes to demand generation efforts and provides strategic support for RFIs, pitch development, and marketing execution.
The position collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams across Practice Areas to deliver high-impact campaigns and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the full pitch lifecycle, from opportunity intake and planning through proposal submission and presentation delivery.
Partner with Practice Areas and subject matter experts to develop strategic, client-focused proposals and presentations.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder contributions to ensure high-quality and timely pitch submissions.
Support the development of pursuit strategies, key messaging, and proposal content aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Collaborate across functions to gather information, synthesize insights, and create compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other business development opportunities.
Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across proposal materials, ensuring adherence to brand and editorial standards.
Utilize project management and collaboration tools to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
Track, manage, and report on new business activities and opportunities through Salesforce and other reporting platforms.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance pitch processes, workflows, and best practices.
Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and support a collaborative team environment.
Business Development & Enablement
Support the development and execution of business development initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, pitch materials, and strategic growth opportunities.
Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify, evaluate, and coordinate new business opportunities.
Partner with lead generation and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Conduct research and support the qualification of inbound opportunities through market, prospect, and competitive analysis.
Develop and maintain pitch processes, playbooks, templates, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate stakeholders throughout the pitch lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, client-focused submissions.
Content & Engagement
Partner with subject matter experts and Practice Area leaders to source, develop, and refine thought leadership content.
Ensure alignment between marketing programs, client needs, and business development objectives.
Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and engagement activities aligned with growth and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content that strengthens market positioning and supports business development efforts.
Maintain consistency and quality across business development, marketing, and thought leadership materials.
Track and share content and engagement best practices to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years supporting new business initiatives, preferably within an advertising agency, with a focus on pitch management, project coordination, and operational execution.
Background in proposal development, RFIs, RFPs, and other business development activities within client-focused environments.
Familiarity with agency, marketing, consulting, professional services, or similar organizations.
Understanding of business development, pursuit management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Effective writing, editing, and content development skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects from planning through delivery, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience collaborating across teams and functional areas to support shared goals and drive successful outcomes.
Ability to contribute to pitch and proposal efforts through research, content development, stakeholder coordination, and submission management.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to inform recommendations.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
