Join us as Associate Manager – Global Pricing (HTA & Pricing Reporting) within our Global Pricing Team, and you’ll support Global pricing processes in partnership with global and country pricing and market access teams.
Main responsibilities:
People:
• Maintain effective partnership with end stakeholders for allocated GBUs and products with and end objective to develop appropriate pricing strategies for internal decision making
• Consistently assist the team members in developing new knowledge and sharing expertise
Performance:
HTA & Pricing Intelligence
• Prepare and circulate with Global Market Access leadership, comprehensive HTA and Pricing newsletters across various therapeutic areas, consolidating key decisions, trends, and implications from major HTA bodies (e.g., NICE, HAS, G-BA, AIFA, CADTH, and others)
• Monitor and synthesize HTA submissions, appraisals, and outcomes across geographies to identify patterns and strategic insights relevant to Sanofi's portfolio
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of HTA decisions, pricing approvals, and reimbursement outcomes to support global and local market access teams
• Translate complex HTA and pricing data into clear, actionable summaries tailored for diverse internal audiences including commercial, medical, and regulatory stakeholders
• Proactively identify emerging trends in value-based pricing, outcomes-based agreements, and payer policy changes across key markets
Competitive Intelligence & Reimbursement Tracking
• Systematically track competitor reimbursement updates and milestones across therapeutic areas, including launch timelines, pricing decisions, reimbursement conditions, and access restrictions
• Prepare regular competitive intelligence reports and ad hoc analyses to support pricing strategy development, launch readiness, and lifecycle management decisions
• Collaborate with regional and local market access teams to validate and enrich competitive intelligence with on-the-ground insights
• Flag critical competitive developments and escalate strategic implications to senior leadership in a timely manner
Analytics & Dashboard Development
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Pricing & Market Access team and the Global Pricing Analytics team to drive the development of new dashboards required for HTA and Pricing reports/ Newsletters in Microsoft Power BI
• Define business requirements, user stories, and KPIs for new dashboard initiatives, translating strategic needs into actionable data specifications
• Collaborate closely with analytics team throughout the dashboard development lifecycle — from scoping and design to testing, deployment, and iteration
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are upheld across all pricing analytics outputs
Stakeholders:
• Collaborate closely with Global Pricing and Market Access colleagues, countries and global functions to achieve the objectives;
• Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful market access of product (clinical, health economic and outcome research team, brand management, commercialization, CI, Insights and forecasting team)
About you
Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience, in pricing and market access activities in pharmaceuticals or consulting industry.
- Experience of working across several therapeutic areas.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality intelligence reports, newsletters, or strategic analyses in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of HTA methodologies, reimbursement pathways, and pricing regulations across major markets (EU5, US, Canada, Japan, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Stakeholder management; communication skills·
Technical skills:
- Fluency in handling pricing and market access databases and tools (NAVLIN, IQVIA PADDS, PRISMACCESS, APM Health Europe, etc.) is mandatory.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced Excel and VBA is a plus). Knowledge of visualization tools such as MS PowerBI is advantageous.
Education:
- Graduation in Pharmacy/ Life-sciences/ similar discipline/ medical degree with strong background in pharma pricing, market access and reimbursement.
Language(s):
- Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment

The salary range for this position is :€36 000,00 - €48 000Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
