Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
The Associate Manager is responsible for the fund administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.
The candidate will review and coordinate all transaction and reporting activity and will support the effort on client management and delivery.
Tasks:
- Maintenance of full (multi-currency) accounting records;
- Timely preparation and/or review of Net Asset Value calculations, including cash and portfolio reconciliation, portfolio valuation, calculation of fees and accruals, capital calls and distributions and/or other required actions;
- Preparation and/or review of allocations for capital events, including capital calls, distributions
- Assisting the accounting team in the day-to-day work with clients;
- Maintaining correspondence with various stakeholders;
- Assuring that all fees chargeable to the Fund are calculated and paid on timely basis;
- Create and/or review invoice templates;
- Prepare payment instructions;
- Support in preparation of periodic financial statements, portfolio valuation reports and other reporting adhering to strict reporting deadlines;
- Reviewing the annual reports of the funds and provision of guidance and coordination for the audit process of the funds;
- Reviewing and monitor the compliance of the funds.
- Work together with the Director-Business Development to ensure proper allocation of client/task to the team members; and
- Ensure protection of information assets of IQ-EQ ADGM and to abide by the ISMS in place.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Education / professional qualifications:
Degree holder and/or related professional qualification ed; partly qualified ACCA/ACA (minimum Level 2)
- Background experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical:
Good working knowledge in accounting, fund mechanics and concepts
- Computer / program knowledge:
Working knowledge of PFS Paxus and / or Investran
