(i) Supervision of O&M activities conducted by the engineers and technicians of the subcontractor at the sites.
(ii) Coordination of all activities with district level DISCOM officials at Telangana.
(iii) Coordinate with O&M subcontractor to ensure that the sites are fully functional and energy guarantees are maintained.
(iv) Conduct surprise visits to the selected sites to check efficacy of O&M activities carried out by the subcontractor
(v) Release periodic reports and returns to Client.
(vi) Maintenance of spare parts and inverter. Replenishment of spare parts and major assembly on their usage. Maintenance of inventory
(vii) Coordinate with Techno commercial and logistics departments for movement of stores required at the sites.
(viii) Coordinate and conduct of JMR of the sites in timely manner. Daily Manpower management and work plan implementation.
(ix) Expedite with the OEMs and the subcontractors for immediate resolution of any fault at the site affecting the energy generation or safety of the plant.
(x)Implement and enforce safety and environmental requirements during project execution, according to company, local and national rules and regulations. Implement cost control methods in sites.
(xi)Continually inspect solar site to ensure safe working environment is maintained and relay Stop Work Authority.
(xii)Ensure that the Quality Assurance/Quality Control system related to O&M activities is implemented and followed.
(xiii)Address safety incidents and potential hazards and improve processes to prevent incidents from occurring.
(xiv)Document and keep a record of all “Lessons Learned” throughout the year to be applied to future sites.
(xv)Schedule and attend meetings, conference calls and company events.
(xvi) Manage and update the daily base solar power plant works like module cleaning, Grass cutting, PM work, Daily observation work, Any BD work, Daily inspection work and report to HO. Attend the daily meeting with HO Team with DGR.
Educational Qualification: B. E / B.Tech (Electrical Eng graduate / ECE Eng graduate)
Experience: More than 13 Years in solar O&M. Telangana based C certified Electrical supervisor certified candidate preferred.
