As the Associate Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals across the region. You will ensure the successful delivery of recruitment processes and strategies, guiding your team through clear expectations, consistent communication, and a growth-mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Resource balancing – Agile coordination and balancing of regional Talent Acquisition Team to support successful early talent, experienced and executive recruitment

Process ownership – Serves as regional Process Owner for talent acquisition processes and ensures consistent execution through Talent Acquisition Team. Identifies and executes process improvements across end to end process

Team leadership – Drives and improves performance of Talent Acquisition Team through clear expectations, capability-building, and continuous feedback. Creates a culture of belonging, inclusivity, and empowerment within Team

Professional recruitment –Owns end to end recruitment responsibilities for professional and senior level roles within region

Partnerships & technology – Manages external partnerships (ex. staffing) as well as internal and external recruitment technologies (LinkedIn, Workday, Indeed, etc.) that support achievement of goals and cost-savings initiatives

Diversity, equity & inclusion – Ensures a consistent experience that invites a globally diverse population, promotes our value proposition, and nurtures relationships while achieving global diversity recruitment goals

Business partnership – Fosters deep relationships with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure goal alignment, process effectiveness and elevate stakeholder satisfaction. Executes regular reporting outlining TA performance to regional and HR leadership
Qualified candidates will have:
-
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience recruiting within corporate and operations environment
-
At least 1 year of experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcing specialists
-
Highly proficient E2E recruitment, talent advisory and attraction skills, including working knowledge of employer branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technology
-
English fluency, both written and spoken
Preferred requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree business administration, organizational psychology, HR, or equivalent

Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility

Proven track record of managing priorities, resources, and expectations across a broad range of business leaders and countries

German and/or Urdu fluency, both written and spoken
