- Identify and develop new customers across apparel, home textile, industrial textile, furnishing, and institutional segments.

- Monitor order status and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Support collection and sample development activities based on market requirements.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare periodic MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with finance teams for timely collections.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial approvals.
- Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, textile manufacturing processes, and domestic textile markets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
