Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivering Data Analytics and reporting solutions to support Growth Office Analytics across UHC Rewards, UHC Store, UHC Hub, and UHC Digital products
- The requested resource to drive below key projects
Data analytics to support a unified enterprise level value story across all Growth Office products and capabilities - Manage delivery over multiple analytical requests w.r.t doing value studies, answering Executive questions, analytical/ performance deep dives across UHC Rewards, UHC Store, UHC Hub, and UHC Digital
- Business dashboards delivery management based on 2026 project needs
- Improve consistency and quality in reporting and insights delivery

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / 4-year university degree
- 7+ years of business experience in analytics projects in Business Intelligence space
- Experience on handling BIG Data/ Cloud Data Structures for Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Experience in team handling and client management
- In-Depth/Project Knowledge of Business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
- Good knowledge round Descriptive Business Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Clustering, Segmentation etc.
- Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python and BI tools
- Proven solid problem-solving skills
- Proven good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to take responsibility and deliver projects

Skills Required
