Are you passionate about what happens where brands meet shoppers? Join our team as an Trade Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life in-store. This role is all about turning insight into action—driving visibility, execution excellence, and measurable growth across our brands and customer channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Spot growth before others do – Deep-dive into product, category, and channel data to uncover opportunities that fuel performance.

  • Bring promotions to life – Manage promotional co-packing projects and ensure stock lands on time, every time.

  • Be the glue across teams – Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and design partners to deliver seamless campaign execution.

  • Own the in-store experience – Drive POSM planning, budgeting, allocation, and inventory to ensure strong, consistent brand presence.

  • Close the loop with insights – Lead post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness, ROI, and learnings for future wins.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 9 years’ experience in FMCG, including at least 5 years in trade or customer marketing.

  • Sharp analytical thinking with strong Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a bonus).

  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen data; Kantar exposure is a definite advantage.

  • A proactive, organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
