Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our growing team. This person will execute best in class creator programs in various verticals, working cross functionally with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the creator and talent space and the digital/social industry. Successful candidates are organized, efficient, and self-starting. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.
This is a full-time role, hybrid 3x per week from our Brooklyn office.

 

What You'll Do

  • Create weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution 

  • Record and distribute call notes, ensuring all parties are privy to next steps 

  • Work with internal teams to develop program strategy and talent creative briefs

  • Understand campaign KPIs and source talent utilizing internal tools in order to meet client needs 

  • Assist project managers with creator and talent discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting   

  • Work with internal sales and execution teams to assist in building deliverables and talent recommendations

  • Research industry trends and share learnings with larger partnerships team, staying aware of platform updates 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant intern experience in advertising 

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Some knowledge of creator-marketing landscape

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects 

  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving abilities

  • Professional, polite and respectful

  • Brings energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle projects both big and small

  • Passion for social media and creator marketing!

Base salary range: $67 - 70k plus bonus potential if applicable for role. 
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
