 Title: Associate Manager 1, Creative Services 

 Location: Corporate

 Reports to: Supervisor, Creative Services 

 FLSA: Exempt

Job Summary

Supports multiple brands and channels within the Reser’s Fine Foods portfolio.  Develops creative assets across multiple formats, including print, photography, video, packaging, and more.  Collaborates with brand & channel teams, agency partners, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure creative output is aligned with brand standards and consistent across all platforms.    

Essential Position Functions:

• Ensures all elements of projects meet creative brief standards.

• Key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers/agency partners, providing creative guidance and clear, consolidated feedback on projects.

• Creates point of sale materials, branded and private label packaging, videos, photography, tags, sell sheets, advertising creative, etc. as needed.

• Closely collaborates with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing to ensure timely and accurate communication about and delivery of all projects.

• Collaborates with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing teams as well as other internal teams on processes to improve efficiencies and ensure brand integrity across all projects.

• Works directly with packaging vendors as it relates to deadlines, printing color processes, printer questions/concerns on art files, etc.

• Maintains final deliverable files in centralized network system.

• Other duties as assigned.

 

Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or GED required

• 5-7 years in creative services for multiple brands, working successfully with internal and external partners.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in design, brand development, the creative process, print files, and printing technology.

• Deep knowledge of pre-press and the print production (CMYK) environment with experience in the processes and environment of press checks.

• Strong typographic knowledge preferred.

• Experience with management of assets such as photography, editorial, design and illustration content.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

• Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve to keep projects on track in a very fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects on short timelines with competing priorities and different stakeholders.

• Expertise in photography preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Works both independently and collaboratively.

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 

• Office environment

• Travel up to 10% of the time.


This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
