- • Supervise the order management team and ensure accurate entry and processing of sales orders in SAP. • Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and pricing uploads within SAP. • Ensure maintenance of field contracts, sample orders, and return processing for retailers. • Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and handle customer complaints related to order fulfillment. • Audit digital catalogs and ensure data accuracy across SAP-integrated systems. • Lead digital product launches and coordinate release schedules. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve order-related issues. • Establish and monitor operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, cycle time, fulfillment rate). • Evaluate system performance and recommend updates or automation improvements in SAP. • Maintain documentation for all order management processes, including SOPs and reporting templates. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management or Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules (SD, MM, CLM). • Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and digital catalog management in SAP. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: • Certifications such as APICS, PMP, CPIM, or ITIL. • Experience with Sterling OMS, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus. • Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
