Your role at impact.com:

As an Associate Manager, Academy Operations, you'll own the operating system that turns stakeholder demand into published learning content for PXA , from intake and feasibility, through roadmap and capacity planning, to delivery and quality. You'll join at a pivotal moment: over the next year the team is migrating to a new learning tech stack, rebranding its entire content library, and embedding AI-first authoring workflows, all at once. This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, protecting a specialist team's focus, and being the person everyone trusts to know what's landing when.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the PXA content roadmap as a single source of truth, with visible prioritisation logic, capacity assumptions, and clear trade-offs surfaced to leadership before commitments are made.
  • Lead the migration and rebrand programme, coordinating the move to a new LMS and authoring stack alongside a full content rebrand.
  • Be the front door for content requests across Jira, Asana, and enablement forums, assessing feasibility and making the call on what gets delivered, descoped, or deferred.
  • Run the production pipeline end-to-end, tracking where scripts, storyboards, edits, and builds sit, unblocking stages before they starve downstream functions, and holding the QA and review gates.
  • Lead and develop an operations team, including the PXA intern cohort, data and marketing operations, covering onboarding, workload allocation, progression, and delivery standards.
  • Drive efficiency through AI and automation, identifying and tracking initiatives with measurable before-and-after outcomes, and reporting on throughput, on-time delivery, and OKR progress.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in education, enablement, or learning operations, including at least a year leading people.
  • Strong project and programme management experience, with hands-on Jira and Asana proficiency.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within Customer Education, Academy, or Enablement.
  • Confidence managing stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer-facing teams
  • A working understanding of instructional design, LMS architecture, and content production.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and comfort making decisions when the picture isn't complete
Nice to have:
  • Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
  • Experience running a platform or LMS migration
  • Track record of applying AI or automation to creative or educational workflows
  • Familiarity with Confluence for process documentation, and with authoring tools like Rise or Thought Industries
