Responsibilities
The Software Installation Technician is responsible for:
- Installing the software in accordance with the deployment schedule
- Communicating with customers throughout the installation process
- Ensuring that hardware and software prerequisites are met on the client side
- Following the technical installation documentation
- Submitting requests for improvements to technical documentation in case of issues
- Ensuring that the post-installation application environment is fully operational
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Qualifications
- French - C1 or equivalent certification (Fluent in written and spoken)
- Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, Information Technology, or equivalent field
Technical Skills
- Experience in system administration (Windows) and virtualized environments
- Knowledge of networking, security, firewalls, and Active Directory
Soft Skills
- Clear communication (activity reporting via Teams, email, ticketing systems)
- Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and decision-making ability
- High level of reliability, organization, and quality awareness
Additional Assets - Desirable
- AWS Cloud and/or Microsoft certifications
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Understanding of ERP systems and their processes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
