As a Low Code Change & Issue Manager in our Automation and Transformation team, you will be responsible for overseeing change management and issue resolution for our suite of low code solutions. Based in Mumbai, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of automation tools and processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau, with Python experience considered an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage change requests and issue resolution for low code solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate changes, and address concerns proactively.
- Monitor, track, and report on issues, risks, and change impacts related to Alteryx and Tableau solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve recurring issues.
- Maintain documentation of change management processes, issue logs, and resolution steps.
- Support end users by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing solution support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution reliability and user experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau is essential.
- Experience with Python
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Experience in change management, issue tracking, or process improvement within a technology environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven team.
