About The Opportunity
Grubhub is looking for a data-driven, business-minded, product-oriented Associate to join our Logistics team. The primary goal of the Logistics team is to manage the Grubhub delivery network and coordinate deliveries between diners, drivers, and restaurants while optimizing cost, speed, and quality. Collectively, we support roughly 200,000 drivers that manage over 400,00 deliveries across the US each day.
You will have the opportunity to grow and learn as an operations professional, analyzing data to gain insights across various work streams within the Logistics driver organization such as onboarding, incentives, forecasting/scheduling, strategic initiatives, weather, delivery hand-off, cost & speed, and safety. To succeed in this role, you must be innately curious, deeply analytical, highly driven and operate with acute attention to detail.
The Impact You Will Make
Monitor KPIs and business drivers- highlighting trends and investigating underlying causes of variance
Perform advanced analytics to better understand the impact of the changes we’re making to our products; effective analysis is only possible with good data - be a champion of data accessibility, accuracy and quality
Prepare KPI reports distributed daily, weekly and monthly to the Executive and Senior Teams
Be curious! Find data nuggets, trends and other analytical goodies that help us grow faster and generate more profit
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree; masters degree preferred
2-4 years of professional experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, finance or tech
Technology Experience
Experience with SQL
Advanced Excel
Tableau experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, ask the right questions, and summarize your findings
Strong written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience
Passion to learn and solve problems by thinking outside of the box; you love to learn and when something isn’t clear you figure it out
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment; you put out ambitious goals and if you fail, you fail fast, learn, and keep pushing forward

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $96,000 - $108,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
