This is the ideal opportunity to join us and be part of our commitment to the health of others.Within this role you will be part of the Deliver organization, supporting our largest distribution center in EMEA to serve our customers with a great performance. Within this role, you are focused to Outbound, but will also support Inbound and Warehouse Management, implementing and improving processes to ensure internal and external requirements are met. You also perform reporting tasks and performs root cause analyses. You are the communicator between cross-functional teams and the operations. You are / will become the process expert on the Outbound process, supported by the EMEA Process Owner. You will also participate in (global) projects to improve processes and implement them into our process. You will engage the team and ensures pro-active change management.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Monitor and observe processes - Identify bottlenecks, risks and waste in Outbound
- Communicator between Customer Care and Operations to ensure correct priorities are set and followed up by operations towards a great performance
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and supports EHS / QA / process audits
- Provide operational support and identify/fix structural/recurring issues
- Identify major areas of opportunity using analytical tools and techniques
- Initiate and contribute to improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
- Define and maintain Performance Indicators and reporting
- Able to translate global projects into local processes and documentation
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Logistics operational environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Decent SAP – ERP Experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong change management skills
- Fluent in English language in word and writing, Dutch preferred
We value candidates with experience in Power-BI, Minitab, Celonis.
