What You’ll Do:

The Associate Loan Executive will perform the daily job duties related to the accessing, running, and distributing of daily reports. Distribute emails and complete any research for various department inboxes. Provide superior, top-quality service to FIRST’s internal and external customers while assisting with the accurate and timely processing of loan agreements within the team.  They will also help Management when needed with any special reporting and/or projects. 

  • Coordinate the execution of daily reports and delegate them out to the team on a daily basis.

  • Monitor, sort, and prioritize department inboxes, for distribution and including research related to disbursement

  • As a backup during staffing shortage – assist in processing loan agreements accurately and within required timelines

  • Verify insurance policies through communication with insurance markets

  • Track assigned task and follow up to ensure timely completion

  • Support management with special reporting and projects as needed.

  • Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing high quality, outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, operations, banking, or finance is a plus but not required. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.60 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience
