We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
Work remote!
We have an office in Costa Mesa (Orange County).
· Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
· Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.
· Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
Required:
· CA Bar
· Recent insurance defense experience

- Habitability, HOA/ Condo Law

- Active membership in the California Bar (CA Bar)

- Construction defect knowledge
- Toxic torts and products liability knowledge
- General / premises liability experience
- Trucking and transportation litigation knowledge
- Medical malpractice defense knowledge
- Employment defense experience
- Lemon law experience
- Habitability, HOA/Condo law knowledge
