  • Direct experience in digital advertising, with a solid understanding of data flows and media operations

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide privacy guidance to advertising stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to support compliance with relevant privacy laws, Dow Jones policies, and ad tech governance requirements
  • Partner with DOCS leadership during vendor negotiations to ensure data flows are clearly documented and understood for legal review and contract negotiations
  • Manage project coordination across vendor and data onboarding activities, guiding digital partners to support privacy compliance
  • Serve as the privacy subject matter expert in the development of training materials and documentation to support process adherence
  • Manage process coordination and stakeholder communications across legal, privacy, and compliance workstreams
  • Work closely with the Legal Department to streamline processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Prepare and organize documents, support contract review and negotiation, and draft correspondence as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between DOCS and Legal
  • Manage logistics such as scheduling meetings, updating timelines, communicating deliverables, distributing materials, following up on action items, and preparing presentations
