Job Description:

Utilizes analytics and insights-based approach to effectively drive sales results. Applies and expands advanced clinical knowledge of products and effectively communicates the clinical and economic benefits to medical and healthcare professionals. Compliantly partners and coordinates with other sales and cross-functional customer-facing team members to meet customer and/or patient needs. Delivers branded sales messages. Partners with internal and external contacts to service and manage accounts, including: ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. Manages sales equipment and promotional materials to ensure proper condition and uses them to support territory efforts. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo. Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
