Responsible for supporting providers, clinicians, and business professionals by improving work processes through technology solutions. This position provides accurate and timely support services for consumer devices. This role installs, configures, and troubleshoots consumer-based hardware, software, and peripherals. In addition, this position interfaces directly with customers on behalf of other technical teams and provides local or remote support and troubleshooting. Additionally, this role assists with evaluations and recommendations of vendor packages and implements approved software. Responsibilities for this role include participating in on-call duties, using a personal cell phone for communications, working periodically on weekends and nights, and traveling between locations as required.
- Communicates with consumers to provide solutions to technical problems.
- Supports audio-video technology at a basic level.
- References centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
- Performs basic level repairs for company devices.
- Works with designated information technology vendors for support.
- Meets the standard service level agreement (SLA) for incidents and requests.
- Leads projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframes.
- Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations.
- Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.
- Works with enterprise AIT technical and business support teams as required.
- Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.
- Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system.
- Follows AIT standards for devices and software.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic working knowledge of various Internet Browsers. [Required]
