Roundglass Giving is our nonprofit arm that drives philanthropic work
in youth development, women's equity, and environmental sustainability. Our
mission is to transform communities by tackling systemic challenges and
unlocking human potential through Roundglass Sports, Roundglass Sustain, the
Roundglass Foundation, and the Global India Institute (GIC). These efforts have
reached millions of people, creating scalable models of community-led change.
Through the Roundglass Living platform, we deliver personalized
wellbeing guidance rooted in science. The Roundglass Living app helps people
develop habits that last through breathwork, meditation, movement, nutrition,
music, and more.
We built Roundglass on the belief that people thrive when they’re supported

What you’ll do:
- Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities.
- Repair and replace damaged equipment.
- Assist in performing hardware configuration and software license allocation & installation.
- Update the trackers for onboarding and offboarding.
- Users Interaction & Continue Shadowing with senior IT person on how to provide L1 support to users.
- Guidance on Escalation management procedures (O365, zoom, Zoho MDM)
- Understand Remote Locations Setup, All Hands, Boardroom Setup, Zoho
HR, BOX, & Printers setup
- Assist with backing up data and data archiving.
- Troubleshoot hardware as well as software applications.
- Maintains the functionality of computer systems.
- Update hardware and software applications regularly/weekly.
- Managed and maintained records on stocks of equipment.
- Tasked with planning and performing scheduled maintenance upgrades.

Skills and Qualifications:
· Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex issues.
· Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment & respond quickly to situational needs as they arise.

· Learning and Flexible attitude
· Open to work in 24* 7 environment with various Shifts (including Night Shifts).
