Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Associate to join our IPO and Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IPOs and related activities, with a strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact transactions, collaborating closely with senior team members to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Support:

  • Assist in the execution of IPOs and capital markets transactions, including drafting prospectuses, preparing financial models, and conducting due diligence.
  • Support the coordination of various aspects of the transaction process, liaising with internal teams, external advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stock exchange guidelines throughout the transaction process.

 Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support transaction decision-making and client recommendations.
  • Monitor capital markets activities, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and investor sentiment, to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights for internal and external stakeholders 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and assistance throughout the transaction process.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and communications, highlighting key transaction updates and milestones.

 Qualifications:

  • CS
  • 1-2 years of experience in IPOs, capital markets, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and financial analysis concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
