Skills Required
- 7+ years of Real Estate Capital Markets Origination experience
- 7+ years' experience originating commercial mortgage-backed securities loans
- Experience underwriting commercial mortgage-backed securities loans
- Proven track record working with broker referrals
- Experience reviewing legal documents for commercial mortgage-backed securities loans
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel (financial modeling, macros, pivot tables, lookups, SQL/VBA)
- Experience in capital markets lending and securitization
- Strong financial modeling capabilities
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
