Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate – India Contract Solutions to support contract lifecycle management for global clients. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing various commercial contracts while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management- Understand client requirements and align deliverables accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, accountability, and consistent performance.
- Engage in regular client interactions (calls, video conferences, meetings).
- Maintain a “zero-surprise” approach with proactive communication.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.
- Own and deliver on SLAs and KPIs with 100% compliance.
- Review, analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts of varying complexity.
- Manage multiple transactions while meeting strict deadlines and targets.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in contractual agreements.
- Up to 1 year of relevant post-qualification legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation
- Identification and mitigation of contractual risks
- Experience in handling:
- Commercial & IT contracts (SaaS agreements, software licensing, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, etc.)
- Ability to:
- Spot legal issues across various contract types
- Independently resolve first-level negotiation points
- Collaborate with client GC/legal teams for escalations
- Work across communication channels (email, calls, web conferencing)
- Experience in maintaining playbooks, procedures, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Active listening and collaborative mindset
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligning with US/UK clients
- Willingness to travel internationally (valid passport required)
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Adherence to strict confidentiality and information security policies
- Remote work readiness with:
- Quiet workspace
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
- Mandatory compliance with company policies and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards

Skills Required
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Law, such as LLB or LLM
- Up to 1 year of relevant post-qualification legal experience
- Contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation experience
- Experience identifying and mitigating contractual risks
