We're searching for a Lewisville, TX-based QA Specialist to join our Implementation Services team, so that we can ensure the successful delivery, quality, and adoption of the IPeople solution for our clients. The QA Specialist will perform data validation, quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, and implementation support activities to help deliver reliable solutions that improve healthcare operations and patient safety.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Validate customer and system data to ensure implementation accuracy and data integrity.
- Execute quality assurance testing and document defects in order to support successful product deployments.
- Collaborate with implementation, product, engineering, and support teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and system validation activities in order to maintain platform performance and reliability.
- Create testing documentation, validation reports, and reproducible issue logs to support implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical or data-related issues in a structured environment.

- Ability to commute to Lewisville, TX and work in a hybrid environment as required.

Additional qualifications that will help you succeed include:
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting and/or knowledge of hospital information systems.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server fundamentals, Active Directory permissions, and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating technical documentation and presenting findings.
