Role and Responsibilities:
· Provide North American Electric Corporation (NERC) related support services for client deliverables in support of the Radian Generation’s PCS Advisory Services team.
· Provide support for aiding client deliverables.
· Prep documentation for services related to Mock Audits, Gap Analyses, NERC Program builds, Internal Compliance Program (ICP) documents, Program/Client Training, and various other services.
· Create and/or update matrices and trackers for client projects.
· Monitor changes and update templates and index documents.
· Attend client/project calls, as requested.
· Coordinate meetings and activities with client and team, as requested.
· Train and assist newer team members with standard tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures and help improve the process.
- Provide support to the Senior Director, PCS Consulting Services, as well as other team members, as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualification & Education:
- High emphasis on organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple tasks and manage required tasks to meet assigned deadlines.
- Proficient documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- University Degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of experience.
Experience Required:
· 1-3 years in domain.
· University Degree (or equivalent).
Preferred Experience:
· Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), NERC, Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO), or regional compliance monitoring and enforcement programs used to monitor NERC compliance activities.
· General knowledge of project agreements & material terms.
· Customer service experience
· Utility service experience
- Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
