Specialist II, Supply Chain

Import & Export Logistics Management

• Manage sea, air, and express import/export operations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with international and local trade regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouses for customs clearance, duty declaration, and shipping arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with HS Code classification, tariff regulations, and trade policies.
• Prepare and manage trade documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) and communicate with domestic and international suppliers/customers.
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues such as customs delays or damaged shipments.

Local Distribution & Delivery Management

• Oversee domestic logistics and distribution, coordinating with transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage local warehouse and logistics systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth goods flow.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, and warehouse) to optimize local delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize and supervise packaging, labeling, and shipping processes to meet company and customer requirements.
• Analyze local distribution costs and optimize transportation routes and vendor performance.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
• Utilize ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) to monitor real-time inventory data and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement warehouse safety protocols, space optimization strategies, and inventory control measures to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Develop and execute stock allocation and replenishment strategies to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Handle domestic procurement, sourcing cost-effective and high-quality materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times with suppliers to optimize cost and delivery efficiency.
• Track purchase orders, supplier performance, and payment processing to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile invoices and manage procurement budgets.

Administrative Support (Booking Flights, Hotels, etc.)

• Arrange business travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for employees.
• Assist in company meetings, events, and training sessions, providing necessary logistics and administrative support.
• Maintain and manage internal logistics, procurement, and warehouse documentation, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Cross-Department Coordination & Project Management

• Work closely with supply chain, finance, sales, and customer service teams to optimize logistics operations and improve service quality.
• Participate in cost control, process optimization, and sustainability projects to enhance logistics efficiency
• Provide data analysis and performance reports to support decision-making and supply chain improvements .
• Office facilities and environmental maintenance management.
