Summary of the Job:

 

As our AI Adoption & Enablement Associate, you'll operationalize FNBO's AI transformation by embedding AI into daily workflows, making impact visible to leadership, and sustaining enterprise momentum. You'll manage the complexity of multiple initiatives in flight while ensuring adoption is measurable and business value is clear. About This Role:

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage AI intake workflows and documentation to keep the enterprise portfolio organized and accessible 
  • Maintain the AI use case inventory and categorization system as the portfolio scales 
  • Partner with business experts across the enterprise to gather requirements, understand workflows, and document use case needs 
  • Host adoption-focused activities such as targeted workshops to help teams better utilize internal AI tools
  • Coordinate communication across active AI initiatives to ensure alignment and visibility 
  • Support documentation of quantified ROI and business impact across use cases 
  • Create and maintain  AI Adoption Metrics Dashboard to track weekly tool usage 
  • Develop department maturity scoring and behavioral KPI reporting 
  • Create executive-ready reporting packets that tell the story of AI adoption and impact across the enterprise 
  • Partner with HR Learning & Development to understand enterprise training needs and recommend AI training content 
  • Manage recognition programs that reinforce AI capability building 
  • Ensure the AI Resource Portal remains a current, relevant single source of truth for tools, use cases, training resources, and governance guidance 

What Success Looks Like 

In your first 90 days, you'll have delivered your first adoption metrics dashboard to leadership, established credibility with business partners, and brought structure to the coordination of AI initiatives across the enterprise. 

Over time, you'll be measured on: 

  • Adoption & behavior change — Measurable increase in active weekly tool usage; AI embedded into daily workflows 
  • Business impact — Tangible efficiency, cost, and revenue outcomes documented per use case; quarterly storytelling cadence established 
  • Capability building — Workshop completion rates; badging program launched and active; employees able to articulate how AI connects to their role 
  • Influence & culture — Reduction in "I don't know how to use AI" sentiment; increased confidence across all levels of the organization 

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communications, organizational development, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or related roles with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude, or similar) with strong knowledge of AI capabilities and responsible use principles. 
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, dashboards, and metrics to tell a story 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Outcome focused: You are flexible in your approach, willing to try new things and just as willing to let go of what's not working or blocking results.  
  • Adaptable: You have the ability to respond to anticipated changes and to plan for and mitigate unanticipated changes.  
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences. 
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship. 

Preferred: 

  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) and AI 
  • Experience in digital transformations and organizational change 

Work Location 

This role is based at our Omaha Tower location with an expectation of 3+ days onsite per week.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
