Treaty Broking (대리-차장급)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Treaty Broking (대리-차장급) at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in the Seoul.

 

We will count on you to:

 

• Manage the day-to day operation of reinsurance (Treaty) including amendments, settlements and claims processing as well as renewals and generally providing post-renewal support and documentation

• Assists more senior level Brokers on more complex client assignments

• Maintains strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.

• Demonstrates proficient awareness of market conditions to better serve clients and inform more junior Brokers on market trends.

• Attentions to details

• Well-organized, proven ability to handle a variety of assignments and meet deadlines

 

What you need to have:

 

• University degree in business, finance, insurance recommended

• 3 ~ 10 years relevant experience in insurance and/or reinsurance industry

• Technical proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex issues

• Strong communication skills in English and Korean
