Qualifications & Skills
- Outstanding communication skills in spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with online research and self-directed learning
- A diploma in IT (required)
- A diploma in HR (optional, but an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour law is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pleasant, team-oriented attitude
- Able to read, understand, and execute defined processes
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Outside-the-box thinker
- Age preference: candidates below 32 years.
Work Hours & Expectations
- Working 8 hours a day is a must. The schedule is decided based on the role and company policies.
- Working hours should consist of 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night (non-negotiable).
- Additional hours may be required occasionally based on business needs.
- We expect 100% commitment to completing your work on time.
