Role OverviewThe Associate – HR Enablement will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience through seamless HR operations, process optimization, and digital enablement. This role will focus on driving efficient HR processes, supporting HR programs, leveraging technology and data insights, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions).
- Drive HR enablement initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Monitor and track HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs.
- Leverage HR tools and automation platforms (Workday, ticketing systems, etc.) to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Provide timely support for employee queries and HR-related requests.
