The Associate HR Director, IT provides high level services and strategic direction in one or more of the following human resource functions: employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development and recruiting. They report to an HR Director and may manage a team of HR professionals located in multiple locations. The Associate HR Director, IT develops strategic business partnerships with senior leaders and liaisons at the business unit level to establish and implement strategic HR direction to meet TNC's organizational goals and mission. Ability to travel up to 40%, both within the United States and internationally.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years HR related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience managing the administration, progress, and maintenance of human resource functions for one or more of the following: employee relations, compensation and performance management, benefits, payroll, staff development/training, organizational development, and recruiting.
  • Experience working with senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience using MS Office software with experience in constructing and producing reports, data manipulation, and analysis.
 Desired Qualifications:
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
  • Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong client service orientation.          
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with all levels of individuals. 
  • Excellent presentation skills and training experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, stressful, and highly visible environment.
Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $96,200 – $144,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
