What You’ll Do- Build relationships with assigned People Leaders to understand business priorities
- Support HRBPs in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on routine employee and leadership matters, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
- Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance practices
- Reinforce consistent leadership practices and company values
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
- Assist leaders through organizational change by reinforcing communication and change plans
- Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business discussions
- Partner with HRIS, Shared Services, and COEs to leverage people insights
- Partner with Shared Services and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Guide leaders to the appropriate HR resources while focusing on strategic consulting rather than transactional support
