We are seeking an Associate, Paid Social to support a growing portfolio of retail and consumer clients.
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day management, optimization, and execution of campaigns across primarily Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
You will report to the Sr. Associate and Manager. You are not expected to have advanced media training, but a successful Associate will show initiative and a willingness to participate in advanced projects.
You will undergo intensive training to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, inclusive of ad & campaign trafficking, QA, pacing, and creative review
- Help create media plans that surpass client goals
- Assist with campaign architecture
- Provide insightful recommendations based off best practices as they align to the client’s overarching goals inclusive of creative and copy
- Manage creative specs and timelines with client creative teams
- Consistently keep team informed on status of projects verbally and/or in writing
- Develop relationships with necessary paid social partners to nurture performance growth
- Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
- Review and manage client data to ensure performance on all campaigns
- Keep current with market research and training
Requirements
- Active interest and familiarity with paid social media platforms and paid media, marketing, and ecommerce
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with an emphasis on marketing, business or coursework of a quantitative nature
- 0-2 years of industry experience
- 0-2 years of experience with analytical and Microsoft tools, like Excel (can perform functions and maintain spreadsheets)
- Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Internship containing hands-on paid social campaign management experience or experience working directly on paid media team
- Exposure to Meta Ads Manager
- Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager
- Exposure to Pinterest, Snap, and X Ads Manager platforms
