Role Summary & Impact

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across both Paid Social and Programmatic channels, serving as a primary point of contact for the client. You will provide strategic direction, analytical leadership, and execution oversight to deliver highly effective, innovative, and integrated digital media plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Strategy & Planning: Formulate holistic Paid Social and Programmatic strategies that align with clients’ business objectives. Drive tactical media plans and define the role of both social and programmatic within the broader media mix.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a confident, trusted day-to-day lead for clients. Lead meetings, present strategic recommendations, and communicate complex data insights clearly to client stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Read, synthesize, and analyze complex performance data across channels. Translate quantitative findings into actionable optimization strategies and high-level strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Execution Oversight: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, performance, and pacing across key paid social platforms and programmatic DSPs.

Skills and Experience

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional work experience, alongside 5+ years of digital experience.
  • Paid Social Expertise: Strong hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing campaigns across core social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Deep experience with YouTube is highly desired.
  • Programmatic Knowledge: Solid understanding of programmatic buying, DSPs, and the programmatic ecosystem. Direct experience with or knowledge of DV360 and Amazon DSP is highly preferred.
  • People Management: Proven experience as a people manager with a track record of training and growing junior/mid-level team members.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Significant client-facing experience in an agency environment is required, with the ability to lead presentations and handle daily client communications independently.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000$180,000 USD
