Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and marketplaces.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and competition.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and qualify leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
