About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Graphic Packaging Designer to help bring packaging concepts to life.In this role, you’ll design artwork for corrugated packaging, retail displays, and branded experiences that support our customers and uphold Menasha’s visual standards.
You’ll collaborate with structural designers, sales teams, and customer-facing partners to create solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and manufacturable.

Develop packaging artwork, print layouts, and visual concepts for corrugated packaging and retail displays.
Apply brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Create print-ready files and understand how design choices impact manufacturing and production.
Work closely with structural designers to align graphics with die lines and structural requirements.
Partner with Sales, Structural Design, Operations, and Customer Service to understand project needs and deliver thoughtful solutions.
Support customer requests by preparing mockups, proofs, and revisions.
Participate in team reviews to share ideas and strengthen creative output.
Follow prepress and production specifications to ensure files meet print and manufacturing requirements.
Review proofs and samples to check accuracy and quality before final production.
Maintain organized files, templates, and project assets to support workflow efficiency.
Stay up to date on packaging trends, print technologies, and design tools.
Look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging, Visual Communication, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application.
Experience working with die lines, print specs, or packaging-related graphics (a plus but not required for early-career designers).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Familiarity with print production, color management, or flexo/digital printing is helpful.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
Comfort managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
A learning mindset and openness to feedback.
Salary range for this position is $54,410 - $68,013 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
