Associate Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graphic Designer Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in branding, digital media, and print design. This role requires someone who can create compelling visuals that align with Devsinc’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
• Develop visually compelling UI/UX elements for websites, apps, and software platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and event teams to create engaging promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects while bringing creativity to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
• Work with printers, vendors, and developers to ensure proper execution of designs across various platforms.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics when required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience in branding, social media graphics, web design, and UI/UX.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working with IT companies, startups, or tech-driven brands.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Canva, and other modern design tools.
